I was honored to be the photographer at Matt and Alex’s wedding. These two have been dating for over seven years and it was a huge celebration with over 300 guests who eagerly attended to finally watch this awesome couple tie the knot. Matt and Alex exchanged their vows in The Immaculata Parish at USD and then headed over to Liberty Station in Point Loma to party the night away. Matt and Alex are high school sweethearts and I loved how their bridal party was made up of all of their high school friends who were along for the journey and witnessed these two fall in love. It can be a challenge to control large bridal parties, but I was so impressed by how respectful and kind they all were. The hospitality lingered throughout the entire day and it spread to all of their guests. Everyone was full of compliments, insisted that we eat the delicious food, offered us drinks, and they kept trying to make us put down our camera and join them on the dance floor. Everyone made us feel so welcome and we had a blast photographing this amazing wedding late into the night. Matt and Alex couldn’t look happier and I loved that they were always in each others arms throughout the whole reception. They were snuggling and kissing when the first song began and up until the final song. I am so happy for Matt and Alex and I can’t wait to see what God has in store for these two!
