I am so excited to share the Hoover family photo session. This shoot has moved to the top of my favorites. I met the Hoovers at their vacation home in Coronado. For two weeks, they stayed in a beautiful beach house that was only a few blocks away from the ocean. This session was especially exciting because in a family filled with Hoover men, one of the couples recently welcomed in a new baby girl. The Hoover name has not produced a girl since the early 1980s. Clearly, everyone was extremely excited for this rare little gem. We started our session at their vacation home and when the sun began to set we headed over to the beach. We could not have asked for a more perfect day. The sky was beautiful and we experienced the best sunset I have witnessed all summer. It was so vibrant that we all stayed out on the beach until it got completely dark. My favorite part of the session was at the end when the boys put on their wetsuits and decided to catch some last minute waves. Ankle deep in the water, I was able to grab a few surfing shots in the midst of sunset. It was awesome, they are so talented! The Hoovers are such a sweet family, they made this session so much fun. They are such genuine people and even with their big family and little ones, they made the entire evening an effortless session. I hope you all love their images as much as I do. Enjoy!
