Engagement Session: Corey & Audra | Julian, CA | Analisa Joy Photography | San Diego, CA Photography

I am so excited to share Corey and Audra’s engagement session. I have known Corey since kindergarten. When we were six, our siblings made us “date” and he would steal his sister’s stuffed animals and give them to me as presents. Our relationship only lasted a few days because he popped my favorite pool raft and that was unacceptable. Corey and Audra have been dating for over seven years and they are finally tying the knot this June. These two are practically family to me and I am so happy and honored to be the photographer on their wedding day. In these past fifteen years, our families have vacationed together and spent many holidays with one another. I am so thankful that Audra was thrown into the mix because she makes every event more fun. I love their go-with-the-flow attitude and I love watching how much fun they have with one another. One minute they’ll be snuggling on the couch and in the next minute, Audra will have Corey in a headlock.  I had such a great time photographing Corey and Audra and once again, I am grateful that they are so carefree. When we arrived to their location, we were turned away because it was the one day of the month when hunters come together for duck hunting. They never complained when we had to turn to plan B and they made the day effortless and stress free. However, I think every bird in Julian knew about the hunters because they were all following us throughout our entire session. Like always, I loved spending the day with these two and I can’t wait to see the look on Corey’s face when he sees his beautiful bride walk down the aisle this summer. It’s going to be the best day.
